The streets of Seoul are covered in about a foot of snow. Low temperatures today will be near -17°C. On my back from work, I noticed patches of ice on the Han River. It’s been the coldest day, but I had pizza for breakfast and sat next to a cat on the subway, so everything is wonderful.
